[Resolved]  Tata Sky — can't see channel even paying full fees

Tata sky service is too bad.. Even their customer care executive.

I can see all sony tv channels on my both set up box... Every 15 days it’s shut down and every time i have to call at customer care and ask for channel. Why is it so? They charged me full amount in advance and if 1 day dealt they stop all channel and what about that when they don’t provide all channel even my full payment?? It’s fraud company. Switch to other set up box company i request all users.

After 6 months i switch on the tv and recharge is done of 500RS
and it shows me that "this is the wrong card for this set up box"

Hi! Remove the card and wipe it with a soft dry cloth, insert it back(The Tata Sky logo should be upward and the arrow pointing towards the Set-top box) and let us know the status.
