[Resolved]  Tata Sky — channel missing after 8.pm

Address:1/218,Jinna street, Eraviputhoorkadai, Kattathurai post, kanniyakumari district, Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu, 629158

My subscriber id [protected] i subscribe for channel no1810 asianet for one year with rs. 19 for one month but 5/11/2019 after 8pm. It shows to recharge. And i call and complient they will not take any action... How they take the channel already subscribed. Without my permission how they delete from my subscriber channel list. If you take action against tata sky and refund my money or refund channel.
