Tata Sky — Channels service not o.k. | |||
MY self BASANT KUMAR SINGH, i am a customer of tatasky my ID [protected] for last 4 years and facing problem of not viewing all news channels and all other channels are coming. This problem i am facing from last 6 days and there is action taken by tata sky team. I also called tatasky customer care representative but no resolvement of problem. This is a technical problem and why should i pay 200 for technician visit. Please look into the problem and resolve it by today otherwise i have to opt other services... I have complained in tata sky for cannot working dth service and also technision not coming to solve this problem only msg is coming we hold your service.so please refund my recharge amount
