Tata Sky — Charged for a service which never requested

Binge service charged which was told is free for 3 months. But after 30 days charged 299 and then again 129 for amazon prime which is part of binge / and I don’t need both . I call and the consultant says can’t help charged is charged can’t be done anything. And refused to put to supervisor also.

No value for customer or customer hard earned money.
Subscriber id is [protected].
Need this binge canceled and the money refunded.

Yes someone called me and noted everything 2 days back. Was promised a call back after checking which never happened . It’s the same no resolution yet amount deducted for something I don’t want and I did not order

It’s really very disappointing service from tata sky where no value for customer . Social media team calls and they say they cancel the service and it will not be charged again but not ready to refund the amount charged already without approval . No value for customer concern and on top of that when we keep questioning them she disconnected the line.
No manager or anyone really cares for customer and looks like QA team does not do their work well as disconnecting a call when customer speaking is not a good practise …
