[Resolved] Tata Sky — charged for the, second connection even without having installed the second connection!! | |||||
My subscriber number is[protected] I have made several complaints on their call lines. They talk very sweetly, without helping at all. They have charged me for installation and for monthly charges, even without the installation!! The engineer said that he cannot install with the same antenna & cables for the additional connection. At that time, i only had the additional settop box. I am still to install the same, as these people delayed the installation for more that 15 days. My mom, who needed to see tv, had already left! Such horrible service! To top that, they had also charged me for installation and the cable charges for the additional connection! Remember that i am a client for the whole year having paid for hd premium channels for the whole year. Imagine such a treatment, They are refusing to reverse the charges. My advice. This is the wrong card for this set top box error is appearing. Please resolve. I am using tata sky set top box. Suddenly, when i switched it on one day, the error 'this is the wrong card for this set top box' error is appearing. Please resolve the matter as soon as possible. Hope tata sky will respond faster and resolve the issue at the earliest.
