[Resolved]  Tata Sky — cheating and misleading customers

On 26th september 2017, i have upgraded my existing sd setup box to hd setup box and also i have added second tv to my account.

I have paid rs 2000/- to your technician and rs 800/- is recharged in my account and your techician is supposed to give me the invoice for rs 1200/- for adding new hd setup box. I have been following up for the same since 26th september 2017 and so far i havent been received any invoice. If you cant provide the invoice, kindly take your hd setup box and refund my rs1200/- which i have paid to new hd setup box for my second television

Secondly, i was on super saver pack and the monthly charges were rs 275/- per month. Without informing me or intimating me or communicating with me the charged have been enhanced to rs 445/- per month.

Before recharging, from 26th september 2017 to 29th september 2017, i spoke to your customer support representatives with regards to the super saver pack, and they has confirmed that i am still on super saver pack and my charges will be rs 275/- per month. Based on their confirmation, on 30th september 2017, i have recharged rs300/-. To my surprise i got message that i have to recharge again on 19th october 2017.
I would like to inform you since then i have been calling your customer support team and your senior team and talking to them for almsot hours each day and till date they havent done the needful

If i am not on super saver pack for rs275/- per month, i would like to inform you to take your setup boxes for both the televisions adn refund my money at the earliest.

Everyday i have been following with your customer support team, precisely with naresh, prashanth and abhishek. They talk to me for hours and finally they tell me to give some time and they will get back. Everyday same thing is happening and till date my complaint is not resolved.

At one point of time, your customer support team even closed the complaint with resolving stating that i havent answered the phone. They called me twice and i was in meeting and i called back on the same number after 20 minutes and i couldnt reach them. They cant close the complaint without resolving it.

I will be thankful to you if you can please do the needful

Punjabi regional/hindi regional pack has been activated in my account without my consent. Which is highly disappointing. Please get this deactivated with immediate effects.

gauthamkreddy - you are 100% right TATA Sky is Cheating and even robbing the Customer.

Since I took the TATA Sky I am having bad experience. every month they are cheating.

First of all I have been charged Rs. 3400 for both SD and HD. no Invoice.

1. Month free pack Dhamal Mix. they themselves setting the package we can not decide on that surprising ethics!!!

5 days before my pack is over one of the TATA Sky executive called me and and told to refill the pack. Initially I told still 5 days are pending. he told me new pack will start after my old pack is over after 5 days.

some how he convinced me to take South Monthly pack of Rs. 350 with out HD. i paid online.

I was in my office with in an hour there was a call from my house TATA Sky Channels are not coming!!!

I called TATA Sky Customer care and asked they are telling my old pack ended you required to refill the same pack - 5 days are still pending.+
I came to know that they adjusted my money to old pack and reduced the dates to only for 15 days.
at that time only I understood TATA Sky is nothing but cheating SKY!!!

now again last month on 23rd JUL 2018 I Chose my Monthly pack of my own Channels. now i am seeing the pack end date is 16 August 2018.
Is the Monthly Pack is for 30 days or TATA Sky decides how many days should be in a Month????
What the hell is this??? this TATA Sky people are big Robbers!!!

Tata Sky is definitely a cheating company. Now I know how they got rich. These buggars are fleecing the public. Icing on the cake is that these fellows do not provide invoice.
