[Resolved]  Tata Sky — cheating customers during recharge

Dear sir / madam,

Compalint 1 :

I have recently recharged tata sky dth for 6 monthds via https://www.mytatasky.com. i logged into their web site and selected the package for 6 months duration and made the net transfer accordingly.

However the balance got over within 3 months. I called up customer care and they mentioned that previous package got continued. I repeatedly asked them why it applied the old package as i have clearly selected the different package for 6 months from their web site itself and done the net transfer.

I chosen the package for 6 months from their web site itself and it must be valid for 6 months and selected package should apply.

As per the customer care, looks like recharing via their web site by selecting package and durtion is not sufficient, looks like call need to be made explicityly to customer care to apply the new package.

This is totally cheating, at least their web site should mention or alert to call customer care to apply new package. Please take stern action so they don;t cheat other customers.

Complaint #2 :

They have charged additional 300 rs after installation. I raised the complaint and so far no proper response. They simply mentioned that it is meterial cost. They didn;t use any extra wiring or connectors so they should not charge additiaonal 300 rs.

Dth and broadband services in india is really really pathetic. They promptly collect the money, services are really very poor.

Kindly take stern action to ensure they pay for their bad service

The issue is not resolved . Tata Sky agreed that it is faulty web site design . If we select new package and renew it for long duration ( e.g: 6 months ), looks like new package doesn;t get applied . It doesn;t even alert customers to contact customer care to update the new package . It is purely tata sky issue and they can;t make me to pay for their web site or process issues .

Please help me to get the services restored for next 3 months 15 days as per my selected package
