Tata Sky — complaint regarding - refund not credited for cancelling connection request | |||
Its been one month i am facing issues with my refund. A guy named lokesh went to our shop with some plans of tata sky. We did a payment of 2117 for a new connection. The mode of payment was paytm. He told us that mam you will recieve one call from our company for verification and confirm them with yes or no. If you are not sure you can stop the verification process and refund will be credited to you within 42 hours. No refund is received till today. Its been more than 42 days. I tried reaching the executive he is not picking call. I tried to ecplain issue to customer support but all of them are providing fake commitments. I thought that a company like tata sky believe in gaining customer trust. But what is this? I want my refund as early as possible and no fake commitments. I contacted support they said i will receive a call within 48 hours still no call. I want my refund 😐
