[Resolved]  Tata Sky — connection migrate from reliance big digital tv to tata sky service

This is sunil kumar from bhopal (M. P.). I am an existing customer of tata sky having subscriber id is [protected]. My connection migrated from reliance big digital tv to tata sky service and according to tata sky policy my reliance big digital tv amount rs.5742.00 should be transfer to present subscriber. Its 11th days now and my reliance big digital tv amount still not been credited to tata sky.
Kindly do the needful please.
