Tata Sky — Connections not made | |||
My subscriber id is [protected], I have been calling the helpdesk for the last one month for the following To reolacte one connection in my hoiuse To upgrade one connection Since one month I have been calling and have been told that someone will visit us in 24 hours, I was also asked to deposit Rs.230/- in my A/C to activate the same, I did deposit the amount but nothing has happenned, I have spoken to Mr.Dharmdenra, , Sulthana Akhthar and Moorty to name a few Today after one month I was told that my call is still unscheduled and I have to just keep waiting as they cannot tell me a definete time when someone would visit us. I must say that even pathetic cannot describe your service as that too would be a very light term, for an organisation which is backed by Tata group this was never expected. I have tried all my best to continue with Tatasky but of no avail I have finally decided to switch over to Hathway services, please let me know how do I get my refund of my deposit Amount Disgruntled Customer Dr.Haresh Sahijwala Was this information helpful? | |||
