Dear company tatasky, i am consumer & my i d is [protected] the complaint is about related set top box is faulty in the year up to 2016 to 2017 tha change the box 4 time and pay the service charge every time it your set top box faulty the every two months that is the fault of your side so way i to pay the every time could you please i request to you please resolve the issue and favor me regarding to service charge

Hi, we have duly noted your concern! You will hear from us soon.
I have paid money through UPI payment for my recharge, after 1 week of complain no resolution.
I have words with their manager and said you will receive a phone call within 48 hour but no call after 96 hour.
They just urinate on INDIA PM digital India initiates.
