R/sir, I have recharged above tata sky annual dhamaka pack, hd access, and nick channel on 04/05/2018. But my hd and nick channel not working from 21.11.18 @ 08:30hrs. Before stop channel my tv screen massage display please recharge before 20.11.18 for regular use to channel. My recharge package validity upto 03/05/2019. Customer care not solve my problem whenever called to representative. Please provide next guidelines. Was this information helpful? | |||
