Tata Sky — Deduction of money | |||
Hello sir, I " Mr. jagdish Prasad Gupta " am a customer of Tata Sky. My Tata sky customer ID no. Is [protected]. I have ordered for the Tata Sky set up box in 1 january 2016. And from then in March 2016 I regularly facing the problem of "No signal" . so for this I have registered a complaint in the Tata Sky help desk on 21 March ( work order no. Is :- NMIPNW9 on 21/03/2016 at 10:54 am ). The customer care associate tell us to send a technician at my house. After 1 hour I get a call by technician in which he is wantedly demanding 170 RS from me which is totally unjustified as my setup box is in " warranty period " . I further registered a complaint against him. Then after customer care associate tell me that " sorry for the inconvenience sir, we are now resending our technician and as he will not take any charge". Later I got the call from same technician and he told me that " paisa to katega hi..mujhe kuch mat dena, is baar tumhare tata sky subscriber account se hi kat jayega" After that he came to my house and without checking my TV ., he only go to the antenna and just relocate it. After then he told me that " tumhare account se 300 RS katenge kyoki Maine relocation kiya hai..agar isse bachna chahte ho to mujhe 200 de do" I have not gave him a single rupee. I immediately call to the customer care and lodge a complaint against him. They told me to solve the problem but nothing goes to my favour. My account had deducted by 300 RS charge for the fraud servicing by technician and very disappointing attitude of the Tata Sky customer care associate. At the same time, I also think that since the technician is charging from me even in the warranty period., he is perhaps charging this unjustified amount ( in the warranty period ) from the other customers also. Now i request Consumer Forum Board to please solve the problem and take strict action against these frauds.
