Tata Sky — Delay in Installation | |||
Hi, My Tata Sky subscriber ID is [protected]. I recently relocated from Hyderabad to Bangalore. I placed a request on 07-May-2015 for installation of Tata Sky in my new home. I have been following up with Tata Sky customer care everyday and every time I get a response that they will address my request by end of day. Yesterday when I called customer care, they said they have booked an appointment for me and the technician will visit my place today (13-May) between 10 AM to 12 PM. I believed in their words and waited till 12 PM without going to office on time but the technician did not come. They are least bothered about the existing customers because we again have to spend money for the initial if we go for other DTH like Airtel etc.. If you request for a new connection, they will fly to your place and get the required work done within a short time. Service is very bad !! Regards Praveen Was this information helpful? | |||
