2 major complaints 1. TATSKY has blocked my email ID after I had complained of bad service and caught them not performing the proper customer service as per mandated customer service and consumer rights Please view below the response when I email them Your message to [protected]@tatasky.com couldn't be delivered. A custom mail flow rule created by an admin at tatasky.com has blocked your message. You don't have permission to send mail to tatasky domain ravienator Office 365 tatasky.com Sender Action Required Blocked by mail flow rule 2. This year I am not being allowed to continue with the tatasky yearly annual package at the rate I had booked it last year and had been discounted and many customers are getting the same discounted rate this year as well TATSKY is harassing and discriminating against me as their customer who gave them feedback as soon as I had seen any issue or faced dissatisfaction of Services and found the same service given to our neighbours or other customer's Why IS TATAKY CHEATING US ?? Also the call centre and toll free Number we call are so provocative and so pathetic In giving resolution that you cannot imagine talking Sensibly with them and it is the worst resolution and escalation desk and NODAL TEAM co speed to Any organization in the world ... my email to them was below .. which got blocked !! Complaint number to the special team - VNSQFAG One of the MOST CONFUSED AND IRRATIC CONFUSED SYSTEM AND PROCESS IS -- - the tatasky call centre nobody has any idea what they are doing .. Spoke to 10 people today and got 20 different answers and they are unable to connect me to the person who called me from the special team to RETAIN THE CUSTOMER 1 year package currently expired today and I am due on renewal for next 1 year THE OFFER TEAM CALLS ME AFTER CALLING ME IN CALL WAITING ON 3rd MARCH since I was on another call they dint call me back for the special offer they were giving AGENTS DONT UPDATE THE NOTES CORRECTLY nor is the name of the person mentioned from the special team who was trying to reach me for the 50% off offer If I do not get the offer I am afraid that after facing such a harassment of trying to know why they called me on 3rd and 4 th march I will NOT CONTINUE WITH TATA SKY THIS YEAR AS IS IT THE MOST DISSATISFYING EXPERIENCE TO TALK TO THE CALL CENTRE FOR ANY RESOLUTION PLUS IN THE WORLD WITH FREE TV ON THE INTERNET AND AMAZON PRIME AND NETFLIX AND FREE JIO TV WITH ALL CHANNELS AVAILBLE ON INTERNET AND YOU CHANNEL ETC WHY SHOULD I PAY YOU 8000 rs for 1 year as fee when I can see free TV channels on the internet including HD channels HAVE you not seen all channels and infact they are better clarity online on wifi compared to the tatasky dish !! Plus ACT is giving 500 channels with 68 HD channels in our building with HD for hardly 2500 to 3000 rs per year COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED WITH TATA SKY ! Very very shameful and SAD ! Tatasky does not care for retaining customers and are overcharging despite Govt Norms and good competitors offering the same at a lower service and better customer care
Please also note tatasky is deviating from consumer rights in india !!
