[Resolved]  Tata Sky — dish antenna - tata sky

It's being 3 years now i am using tata sky.

While purchasing tata sky connection i have paid full amount of dish box, antenna, wire.

While installing the tata sky technician said, sir your society is centralised and private dish antenna is not required in your society.

If you want we can give you antenna now or in future when it is required you can call us will give you and it will be safe with company.

I said ok, it's good if company can take care of my antenna, later on i'll take it if required.

Now i want my antenna back and tata sky come like bagers please pay relocation charges and then will give you antenna.

Customer believe on you and now when i want my antenna back tata sky clearly denied that.

On customer care one lady come up with a words like do whatever you want to do, but you have to have relocation charges first than will give you antenna.

I haven't changed my address, address is still same. I am facing a issue in society where multiple times my tv wire got cut down from main antenna and someone take that connectors with them.

Is any kind of joke is happening here or what.. Each time when i asked tata sky that connector is not in place they said technician will visit and you have to pay charges for that and whatever is required for that also.

Tata sky what you guys thinking, customer is fool or what. I can socialize your work to everyone.

Please continue the work you are doing. I am sure very shortly you have to pay for this.

I will get my antenna any how and inform each and every one in society, company, my friends, relatives, that don't go for tata sky.

Nothing has been sorted out on call. I have received call from Tata sky and they said your issue is on high priority and we are working on it and will call you very soon.

I haven't received any call till now. Not sure whether PM's approval is required for my Tata sky dish antenna.

Look like your high priority issues are working like Maal gaadi.
