Sir, i have taken a new connection on diwali day with rs.3600/- i.E. One year recharge pack., my id no.[protected] but till today i see different dates of validity as of now it is 12.12.2015 almost once in two days i contacted them but they ask me for my box no. And say that we will rectify and call back within few minutes but no response latest i contacted them yesterday evening at around 1700 hrs but same response but no reply till now shall i withdraw my connection or will there be any response from tata sky dealers their phone no.
