Tata Sky — DTH services poor customer service | |||||
I am using TATA sky from last 2 years and observed that every month or 2 months my bill is increasing. It started with 300 rs and now it is 760 rs. Without me subscribing to any new package. Issues are Subscriber ID -[protected] 1. Bill is increasing every months why? 2. Why when cost is increased on any package I have subscribed, I am not being informed. 3. every month 10-20 rs is increased 4. My billing cycle keep on decreasing. why? last to last month, my last payment date was 31st Sept, than became 23rd Oct last month and now 22 Nov? why? I complained to customer service and response I got is... you have to pay this much and no other option and when I told them I will switch to Airtel, they told me that I can switch. Is this the way you handle your customers? I will discontinue my Tata sky services from next month. I will ensure to ask all my family and friends not to use Tata sky. I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their Toll Free Number at[protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in resolving your issue.
