Tata Sky — erratic and misbehaviour by the technician who visited on 18/12/2019 ( today)

The technician who visited our home today ( 18/12/2019) was erratic and aggressive. Although he was right at our entrance, he was making repeated calls in a very erratic and aggressive manner. Refused to reveal name ; but his picture was taken with mobile phone, for registering a complaint with police. Take strict action against him. FIR in line.

Spoke to customer care as well and registered a complaint. Hope srtict action is taken against the technician. Moreover, there should be proper training to these boys who visit homes during office hours and create this sort of problems.
