[Resolved] Tata Sky — False communication and activation of hd pack | |||||
I talked to your help line no. On 31st may 2017. He told me that me that if i recharge my tata sky through m visa for which six bank apps has been authorised. According to him i made recharge of rs.215/- through payzapp. On contacting again to your helpline i came to know that cash back will not be riemburese. As qr code has not been scaned. It was case of wrong communication from your side and hence i am entitle for cashback. Secondly hd pack has been activated with out my consent which i came to know when i talked to your helpline today. This is extreme breach of trust and falsely charging customer for services which he does not want. Was this information helpful? | |||||

You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter and resolve your issue.
