[Resolved] Tata Sky — fta channel selection | |
Tata sky is giving 192 fta channels out which only 28 are doordarshan channels which are mandatory. However tata sky customer care has advised me by email that the rest 164 channels are fixed and the customer cannot delete or change these fta channels as per his choice. Please advise me whether this is correct as per the trai order. Ia m being forced to view many channels which i do not watch and this is unnecessarily increasing my multi tv charges. Please advise if i have the right to choose which fta channels to watch and can delete and add as per my choice. Was this information helpful? | |

Tonight I am facing an issue regarding my Tata sky set top box. When I am trying to switch it on, it is showing an error saying this is the wrong card for this set top box.
