[Resolved]  Tata Sky — I am complaining about my Tata sky recharged

On 22nd May, I recharged my Tata sky account through the Amazon pay with the amount of rs 300, and the same was debited from my account, with the reference no.[protected],
But till now my account is not recharged, when I tried to talk with the tatasky customer care, they told me that, the amount is not reflected in my account, then again I talked to Amazon customer service, they told me that transaction is successful and they have also given the reference no.above said .
Please help me out regarding the same !

What you have said is, you told me in a call to wait for some time, you're executive is checking the details .and then I waited for a while and they put the call and then no call has been conveyed to me and other update has been given to me ?
