[Resolved] Tata Sky — I purchased a new tata sky connection but after so many complaints the didnt install it yet

I have ordered a new tata sky hd connection on 10 jan(online payed)from amazon but after so many complaints to tata sky their feild executive demand money for installing connection and not installed yet, i have complaining from last 4 days to tata sky that my connection is not installed yet but they are unble to take strict action on the dealer or feid executive and every time they say that your connection installed in 24 hrs, 8 hrs, 2 hrs, today, tommorow but still its not installed ...
I request you to take against amazon seller & the service provider tata sky

Updated by Ket2070 when my issue will sort, give a time commitment to me...
i am so much frustrated now i ordered this on 10th jan and now is 16th jan why you can't solve my issue give me a reson??
and if you unable to fulfil it in your given time period then give me compensation for mentaly torcher ...
