Tata Sky — Improper services after annual package renewal

My subscriber ID is [protected]. I have renewed my annual package of basic and add on packs of Rs. 4950 on 29th Jan. 2016 before its expiry for which I received message as well but ever since then I am not getting any service especially for my add on packs. Most of the channels are pixellated hence I am unable to view them. Inspite of my paid calls on tata sky helpline they have not taken any action on the issue. Also now I am getting a message that recharge is due.

Tata Sky helpline executives are only insisting that I call a technician. It's not a technician's problem. It's a technical problem from Tata Sky. As soon as I recharged, the problem occured.

KIndly look into the matter at the earliest. Either the problem should be resolved or my total money should be refunded to me. I have paid for the services. If they cannot provide me services, then my money should be refunded and I'll happily switch to some other dish tv's in the market which are many.

I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in resolving the pixellation issue you are facing.
