[Resolved] Tata Sky — incorrect amount charged | |||
I have been told by the tata sky agent on phone that i will be charged at rs 8 per meter for any extra wire that will be used for my installation. However when the installation engineer came he told me it is rs 12 per meter and when i asked the call center person again they completely denied about the amount they told me. I submitted the complain as well and the guy from the complain team plainly told me that i am a liar and he has heard the call and they never said rs 8 per meter. I called on 2nd jan at 15:10 pm to book the connection and i was given this information. Please hear that call and you will get to know Was this information helpful? | |||
