Tata Sky — Incorrect Month subscription is getting displayed : [protected]

Hi Team, My Subscriber Id is : [protected] . i got call from Tatasky executive that on recharge of 1300(Instead of 1360) we are providing you offer as you are privileged offer from last 2012.It will only charge 216 rs only. 60 rs is not a big amount if customer can pay 1300 but its a fraud to the customer which you guys have to think allot. Recharge Date : 11 September 2015 Next Date should be : 11 March 2016 near about Date showing : 16 Feb Even After Multiple follow up with Tatasky Team, Still i don't get any resolution. I called 3 times on Tatasky office and first time they disconnect the phone in between discussion and on second time i am hearing Tamil sound and they are putting hold and don't unhold(simply they are ignoring) Can anyon please help.
