[Resolved] Tata Sky — lack of responsibility | |||
Am facing exactly the same issue. I am using tata sky for 2 years and paying around 750 a month. Now suddenly the. Signal stop appearing and customer care told me about the stupid 100 rs charge along with any additional charge for repairs.. Shame on you tata sky there is a thing called customer service: try google it and learn providing it to loyal long term customers. You are getting hefty paychecks cuz o[censored]s and i will shut my tata sky connection than paying you this ransom money. I am suspicious that this problem is created by you only. I was not using the connection for a few dash and once i'm back switched on my tv to fine this pairing error my rmn [protected] please sort this out
