Tata Sky — Mental harassment from tata sky | |||||
Hello Tanay shah. I ll taken a new connection of tata sky and I paid 5880 on[protected]. but from tata sky I m not even received a single call or mail .. even I tried many time to get in touch with tata sky executive .. and I add a few attachment kindly check and update me.. even I mail 3times but till now I didn't get any update of mail also.. And I called again today 23rd Feb 2016 and I paid amount on 21st Feb 2016. and they update on their profile 22nd Feb 2016. and even I m wasting their time and money but they are not even ready to give any kind of service. plz take a strict action on this issue it's almost 3day but I didn't get any response from tata sky .. my contact num +91-[protected]. my subscriber id - [protected] my mail id tanay.[protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||||

I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in resolving your issue.

they will not even they not even ready to update me.. they don't have proper services to satisfied their customer . Regrate but seriously i m fed up with them even i take a legal action also.. now they will understand what will hppn ..
