[Resolved] Tata Sky — mis selling & cheating | |
My id with them is [protected]. Today around 11.35 a. M. I spoke to their rep. At no.[protected] & asked my t. V screen is showing renewal date 24-5-19 & you have sent sms that our due date is 1-5-19. As we understand as per trai contracts executed before 31-3-19 due date will not be changed. She did not agree for that & told if we pay for 12 months validity will be 13 months & it will be flashed on our screen. To my utter surprise msg on screen shows date 25.4.20.
