[Resolved] Tata Sky — misleading ad coming every now and then | |||
My tata sky deactivated by 1 am, i had recharged it through online, i got msg that my amount is deducted but tata sky is not activated. I had called to customer care, the executive asked me to give missed call to certain no which tata sky every now and then promote. You give missed call, you will get 3 day recharge. Do you believe what i got msg, its says your request canot be processed as emergency top up can be availed on free charge due date or within subsequent 2 days. After getting this message i again call back to customer care than customer care executive told that they got my money and your tata sky account will get activated by 3 am. This means i have to wait for 3 hrs??? What add show...in 15 mint your account will recharge. I request government body to take stern action against this company who is fooling our nation. I will escalate it to further level if i am not getting any explanation from tata sky.
