[Resolved] Tata Sky — my recharge amount been increased and no response from tata customer care services | |||
Since 6 days i been contacting to tata sky customer care services but none had been responding properly. Regarding my tata sky recharge amount. Recently i had a got an 2nd connection of my tata sky in the same premises from tata sky stating that they are providing me 1 month free for 2 nd connection. But within 10 days they had increased my amount doubled of my recharge amount. I had asked explanation from tata sky customer services team. But still now none are responding properly since 6 days daily twice i have to call them and wait for there in proper behavior. On 08/09/2020 i had got a call from tata sky customer care services saying that i had been added 4 to 5 channels on 08/09/2020 that the reason my recharge was increased it seems. Were i had given complaint on 06/09/2020 and customer care person said that it was added from my mobile no are they hacking my mobile no or my subscriber id Was this information helpful? | |||
