Tata Sky — negative balance and temporary suspension not executed properly | |||
I have the following questions un-answered and my ticket to customer care is getting closed with out proper solution. 1) how can the account can go into negative balance? Is this as per trai rules? 2) temporary suspension is not working properly and the whole point of moving to tata sky is failed. Why? 3) customer care number i was not able to call from usa and asked for solution and some proof for the same? 4) when i have around 5 months of service unused then why i should i go for new connections? Which was asked by some of the technical calls i received by tata team. Why? 5) why my tickets are closed without proper solution and intimation to me. Why? 6) solution for the mental agony i faced when i called tata sky customer care team and their careless attitude to the customer. Recorded voices can be verified. Problem description : Though i was having more than a month charge in my airtel dth, i was planning to travel to usa and hence i was looking for solution where i can pause or temporary connection suspension when i am traveling and resume it once i am back. Tata sales team approached me saying that they have this option of temporary suspension. So i have closed the connection with airtel for both broadband and dth (Though i have balance left for more than a month) and moved to tata combo offer for 6 months package for both broad band and dth. I have used service for a month and i left to usa after a month in a hurry and hence i was not able to call customer care and pause my connections. I tried calling tata customer care from usa for more than a month which is of no use i was not able to call them at all. And then tried writing email to them and no use for that as well. Finally managed to raise a complaint by using tata sky app after couple of ticket got closed with out proper information, i have managed to succeeded one complaint for temporary suspension from july to nov 6. I got confirmation also that it is done as per my request. I have come back to india by nov 22 and then tried calling customer care to activate my account back for both broad band and dth but there is no use. Seriously i did not expect this kind of approach or behavior by being the reputed company in the market. The mental agony which i am going through now i dont know how it can be compensated by the tata group. I want the proper answers for above mentioned questions by some one who is more responsible towards the customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
