[Resolved] Tata Sky — new remote control request since 29.10.17 | |
Hi, i have requested for a new remote since 29.10 from tata sky but have not recieved till today i. E 4.11.17. Toll free number service people and their seniors talk a lot that they understand the problem and will promptly respond but nothing is moving. Technicians visit at odd hours and not in the time allotted by company sms and night and say they will access tv at night for noting a message from tv. Who lets stranger inside houses with families at 9.30 pm at night. Today also was assured in all possible ways for resolution but nothing happened. If this is service response time for a mere remote control, i need to change my set up box to airtel, dth etx. Tata sky should buy back my set up box immediately. Also should not charge me for last 7 days. Atleast they could have suggested any dealer etc from where remote can be purchased but they just dont care. Should not take a week for resolution and technicians should visit latest by 7 pm. Was this information helpful? | |
