Dear sir / madam Customer id — [protected] The list of program selected for viewing, has been submitted on 14.02.19 on the company official website. 2. While the selection has been implemented by tata sky, the subscription amount has not been modified. We are being asked to pay the earlier higher amount ie rs. 385 instead of the new amount of rs. 322. 3. This is blatant violation of rules by a reputed company, whose sole motive appears to be to rake in profits at the cost of common customers. 4. Kindly look into the matter. By mistake i made wrong payment for Tata sky box. Tata sky is not working at this time. I had purchased different Tata sky connection.i had made payment through Paytm of 400 rs 10 days before. It would be very grateful to you if you would return my money
