[Resolved] Tata Sky — No Channels | |||||
I have recharged my TataSky, but have No Channels, all that comes on the screen is a Triangle with a lock. I am not due a recharge until the 19/4/2017, but last night channels on both set top boxes started showing the lock. Today, every channel I try say, "you are not subscribed to this channel". I have spoken to you representative, who reset it from your end, but still no channels, who then informed me, that someone will contact me on the 20/4/2017, that is 2 days away, what am I supposed to watch for the next 2 days. I can have a Reliance Box fitted today, so it doesn't say a lot for your service/ Was this information helpful? | |||||
