Tata Sky — no internet for most of the time | |||
Dear tata sky broadband team, I am using tata sky broadband internet connection on my registered number '[protected]' and internet is not working most of the time. I raised many complaints and never received any proper resolution. Each time i raise complaint i get assurance that issue will get resolved in 24 hours, once the internet is up it wont last for more than 5-6 hours. I have to raise same request again and same thing happen again and again. No proper resolution according to customer care if internet is working within 24 hours of raising a request their job is done. Customer care can't assure about consistency of the internet. Request are closed with informing me. No way to escalate any request. No one can reach any senior to complaint that i am facing so frequent issues. This shameless team always ask for 24 hours after every 5-6 hours. I have recharged for 6 months and and its only a month and i raised more than 20 complaints. Pathetic service from tata sky and this useless team is defaming the name of 'tata'. Was this information helpful? | |||
