Respected Sir / Madam,
My id no. is [protected] and my name is Mr. Sujit Guha. I am facing problems with receiving signals to my tata sky hd box since a week or more. The channels are either showing no signal or just gives a blank screen. The cables are connected well as it is a new connection. I have read about this on google and it has information about the "satellite change" and that the dish needs re-alignment. I have been calling the Help-line no. several times but no one is responding to the call.

From today all the channels have been out of receiving signal range and we are unable to view any of the channels.

I request you to kindly send a technician to align the dish.

They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly or you can contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out. I am sure they will look into your matter and fix the no signal issue you are facing immediately.
