Tata Sky — No Signal since 10days and No Response After Submitting Complain, You knows only marking don't know service | |||
My Tata Sky Id is [protected]. There has been no signal for last 10 days for most of the channels except 4 or 5. I have Registered the Complain on 5 April 2015 and got the work order number : NS[protected]. But till today no technician visited or no call from technician to solve my problem. I also raise complain on customer care no., 2 times but nothing happened. I am getting loss my recharge day by day and You companies never knows about service, don't know time value only knows marketing and grasp people's money. For adding new channels, new connections or paid service you no need single second to attend. There are number of calls for marketing every day thinking that people have no other work only waiting to attend phone calls... Was this information helpful? | |||
