Highly Inefficient Services of Tata Sky. Subscriber, ID No. [protected]. I am TATA SKY user since 2007. Since last two years there are instances when I found that Tata Sky services have gone to worst. This is clear from the following instances:- Present instance:- There is the Problem of “No Signal” in many channels. So accordingly I send the SMS to 56633 on 3rd April 2015. Very quickly on 4th April your technician visited the house and advised to change the LNB which was malfunctioning. Since then I am in contact with Tata Sky Associate on Toll Free no. and daily I am getting the assurance that Technician will come and change the LNB but till now (13.04.2015) nothing has happened. You can see the recorded communication if it is recorded at your end for quality assurance. You can judge this inefficiency by the fact that my recharge date has been extended from 28th March 2016 to 3rd April 2016. Past instance:- I got it recharged from 30th March for one year but surprisingly it was recharged only upto 28th Feb 2016( NOT FOR ONE YEAR). Keeping in view the above facts it is requested that my whole subscription charges my please be refunded back so that I can take the connection from some other Service Provider.
