[Resolved] Tata Sky — no signal tata sky | |||
Every other day the set top box is not receiving signal. The technician came day before yesterday and repair it, but today again there is no signal... And it had happened to us like 10-12 times... Most of the times it's not working... We charged it yesterday only,, as whatever balance we had was deducted for technicians fees. We were left with negative balance. And today again it's not working... We recharged it with 220 yesterday, now again technician will he will charge us his fees and again no balance... It has been going like this for months now... We have complained to their nodal officer also but to no avail. The technician was sent and he charged us for no fault o[censored]s. Another tv at home is running on airtel and not even once such a problem arised... Was this information helpful? | |||
