[Resolved] Tata Sky — No signals for already paid channels and add on packages | |||
Hi, I am from bangalore and my subscription id is [protected]. I opted for metro package along with kids package. However I am not able to watch 90% channels which is listed in the package. I had a online chat with tata sky and they told me as my set top box is out of warrenty, i need to pay Rs 170 for technician visit. First thing, i am not sure why few channels are visible to me and why few channels have problem? Initially I was able to watch kids channel like Hungama but not other channles. Then after talking to call centre guys, I had done master reset. After this whatever was visible channels also became unavailable. The screen shows me no signal or turns out blank. I am not sure how this is hardware issue. Why should I pay for technician visit? Why cant tata sky provide this facility free of cost to retain their customers?
