[Resolved] Tata Sky — non response from tata sky | |||
I had attempted a monthly recharge of my tatasky connection by using SBI app on[protected] at14:27 hours.A sum of Rs300/-only were debited from my account toward INB tatasky payments.Trasaction id no for Rs 300/-only is as under:[protected] dated 23/10/2017. But the recharge amount was not credited into my tatasky account bearing user id no [protected].neither did i receive any sms or any e-mail messages to this effect.i have also not received any refund in my SBI account due to succes from them. . kindly investigate the matter and get the misplaced amount of Rs 300/. And i want to legal action against tata sky for non response of any kind. Was this information helpful? | |||
