[Resolved]  Tata Sky — not able to see tamil free channels.

Sir my customer number [protected], regd cell [protected].. I have slected tamil and malayalam pack from 01/02/19, amount 193+153 p. M. Sir i am not able to add tamil free channels from the date. Sir i do not know to add freetamil channels as guided by your servicedesk [protected], in reply to me many tmes. Pl add all channels free in tamil to enable me to apreciate your reltion in fuure also. Awaiting your kind help and reply. At an early date. Hi! help is here. We request to share your alternate contact number.
I have 3 set top boxes under 1 subscriber id. We get the connecgion recharged on 26th jan. Yesterday 1 of the set top box started showing that we are not subscrubed to view the channels. Since then I am contacting the support team but all in vain.
