Tata Sky — not allowing me to change my packs | |
I have tried to change packs on multiple occasions from tata sky mobile app and website, but my requests fail. I have even contacted there chat customer care but even they are not helping. They just told me clear my browser cookies and try multiple times. I have been trying to change these packs for last 3-4 days but i haven't been able to do so. Please help as this unnecessary harassment is resulting in monetary loss to me. Was this information helpful? | |
