[Resolved] Tata Sky — not getting value for money | |||
Dear sir I have spoken with helpline number but they are reading scripts. Earlier i was paying 550 and was getting all of my chanals but now after paying 687 i am not able to see my channel which i was watching before. I don't want unwanted chanals not sure why you guys replicate my previous package and take extra money. Please let me know how can i go for disconnection and how can i get my money back. Airtel is giving one month free after adding my 118 chanal. Please don't take the extra banifites or cheating people who are with you from a long time. Verified Support Mar 08, 2019 Tata Sky Customer Care's response Hi, with the implementation of the new pricing regulations on all Cable, DTH and IPTV operators, broadcaster channels and packages will now cost the same for all operators in the market and Tata Sky will not be expensive as compared to anyone else. Also, in order to prevent the hassle o[censored]nderstanding and choosing from so many broadcaster packs, Tata Sky has curated recommended packs using the same the broadcaster packs and channels to best suit your viewing requirements.
