Tata Sky — not giving recharge credit as promised | |||
I had recharged for an amount of 2100 INR (using my debit card, Union Bank) and the Tatasky executive promised my account would be recharged for 6 months(base metropack and add ons- English entertainment and free regional channels). Now I'm getting SMSs asking me to recharge Rs 60 per month. . When contacted, the Tatsky call center executives say only my base Metro pack has been recharged . On complaining that I have been falsely led to believe I will get benefit of 6 months recharge, they say they will will look into the matter and revert the amount in 3 working days. But nothing has been done . Nor have I got any update from them. I wish to assert that Ms Tatasky have cheated me and used unfair trade practice to force me to recharge. I request that the company use the amount to recharge my account normally OR revert teh amount into my bank account. Was this information helpful? | |||
