[Resolved] Tata Sky — payment fraud | |||
I have recharged my tata sky account on 29-sep-2019 with rs 478. After complitions of that recharge my tata sky set-up box showing that recharge successfully done and all the channels those i had subcribed are shown on my television. Suddenly on 7-oct-2019 my setup box are not showing any channels on my television. Then i called to customer care to ask them, what happend? They told me that my recharge automatically reversed in bank account without even asking me for any reversal. After 7 or 8 days they told me, when i called to customer care, ok fine but after that i told them that i didn't get this amount yet they suggest me that wait for 7 working days for the payment now after 7 working days i called in customer care so many times for this payment issue but still they didn't gave my amount back to me and today it's approx 30 days to complete still the issue is pending.in my bank account the amount is showing in debit on 29-sep-2019 but there is no transaction entry of credit of this amount. So kindly help me to get this amount back from tata sky please do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |||
