Tata Sky — Poor customer service experience | |||
At about 9:30 pm i called to customer care to check & correct my DTH connect as it was not working even after 20 Hrs of recharge. with the opportunity of my call the attendant has transferred the call on escalation desk for better assistance. Unfortunately, the people sit on escaltion desk was so proudly that he behaved to me rudely which i have never experienced before. IS it customer care? Are they well trained to deal with the customer? Everytime, i use to do reauthorization of my set-up box post recharge or do call in cc for balance updation. Balance is getting deducted without availing the services however nobody's bother it. Is their only object to earn money / to sell package without providing services? Please identify those employee & kick them out from the system who misbehaved with the customer. Also please note my grievance form the recording of call else the day is no longer when people start churn out from TATA.
