Tata Sky — Poor service on relocation request | |
My registered mobile no. Is [protected]. I had put request for relocation from nalasopara to andheri on 27th night. I was told that Technician will call us for the same on 29th between 4-6.30 pm. But did receive any call. It was an urgent request as I have already shifted my stuff on 28th but have extended the room for one more day because of tata sky connection of which I will have to pay extra rent. We have been following up from 2 days but I have faced very very bad experience with this poor service. Now when I called to follow up your executive ramchandra informs us that the technician working hours is over now and the call will be transferred for 30th at 10am. We are working people and it is difficult to attend the call at 10am. It was an urgent request which should have been taken on priority basis. But it is a very poor service from customer care executive. It has been a very hectic and bad experience. I have to simply extend the days and also now transport the dish tv on my own separately.
