[Resolved]  Tata Sky — recharge amount not reflected on my tata sky account

I have made an online payment of inr 359.0 with transaction id [protected]*tata sky* ta towards payee tata sky from my icici bank account xxxxxxxx1454 on feb, 17, 2018 at 14:36 hours. It was successful at icici on line portal but amount was not reflected to my tata sky account.
Then on same day 17 february 2018, i made one more on line payment of rs.360 which was successful at tata sky & icici both.

I asked tata sky to send confirmation email that they have not received this payment with below details. But i haven't received confirmation email from tata sky.

Updated by [email protected] Mar 09, 2018 As per request from Tata Sky support person, I sent details of transaction to [protected]@tatasky.com.
I told him that I used www.tatasky.com for making payments. After that no further update from tataSky.
